Enamel Tanks
Enamel is a compact, smooth layer of silicate glass fused on both sides of the metal sheet. Our company has been manufacturing above ground enamelled tanks.
Tank enamelling
Enamelling is a method of anti-corrosion protection for metal surfaces. The enamel protection involves creating an impermeable, continuous layer that isolates the metal from harsh environments. This process ensures that enamelled tanks demonstrate high resistance to climatic conditions and chemical impacts from stored materials. The enamel coating is formed by applying the material to the metal sheet and firing it in a furnace at 800°C, resulting in a vitreous, highly durable layer.
Our tanks feature two layers of enamel, which provide the highest level of anti-corrosion protection and a lifespan that exceeds the standard. We offer enamel with high chemical resistance, specifically designed for contact with drinking water and food. This makes our enamelled tanks particularly suitable for a wide range of applications, ensuring both safety and longevity.
Advantages
Excellent anti-corrosion properties of enamel
Proven long service life tanks
High abrasion resistance and resitance to chemicals
Variability of structural design
Fast construction implementation
Small built up area and low weight
Stainless Steel Tanks
In addition to our standard enamel tanks, we have been producing and installing stainless steel bolted tanks. These tanks are primarily used in wastewater treatment plants and for water storage applications, offering robust and reliable solutions for these essential services. Our stainless steel bolted tanks are designed to meet high industry standards, ensuring durability and efficiency in various environmental conditions.
Our Tanks
We are one of the leading companies in the manufacturing and installation of bolted stainless steel tanks. These tanks are widely used, especially in humid environments where there are higher requirements for material stability. They are particularly suitable for various applications, such as wastewater treatment plants and the storage of potable or waste water, where durability and reliability are paramount.
We guarantee exceptional quality workmanship and a long lifespan for our stainless steel tanks. Our manufacturing and installation processes are carried out by certified design engineers, ensuring precision and excellence. This work is supervised by our senior production engineers, who bring years of expertise to each project. Our commitment to quality and rigorous standards ensures that our stainless steel tanks meet the highest industry requirements, providing reliable solutions for our clients' needs.
Epoxy-coated steel tanks
Epoxy-coated steel tanks are constructed from metal sheets coated with an even layer of epoxy plastic powder. These sheets are baked at 150-200°C, ensuring a durable and corrosion-resistant finish. Ideal for demanding applications, these tanks offer reliable protection and long-lasting performance in various environments.
Epoxy coating of metal sheets for tanks
Epoxy-coated tanks are assembled from metal sheets that have been carefully coated with epoxy. An even layer of plastic powder is electrostatically applied to the metal surface, ensuring a uniform and consistent coating that enhances durability and protection.
The coated sheets are then placed in a special oven, where they are baked according to precise specifications at a temperature range of 150-200°C. This baking process ensures that the epoxy coating bonds firmly to the metal surface. Once the baking and final cooling processes are complete, the sheets are ready for shipment and installation. This method guarantees a durable and high-quality finish, making the tanks highly suitable for various demanding applications, including environments requiring robust corrosion resistance.
